I purchased a refrigerator and not even 2 years later the compressor stopped. Since I did not purchase an extended warranty, I was told I it would not be replaced as their was only a year on year protection, and 2. It was cost too much to repair...I was told to get another one. I don't have that kind of money to purchase a fridge every other year.I have purchased this brand on other occasions without incident this soon.

I purchased this at the local lowes. Within a week it was freezing up. No one was helping to fix. Still having trouble getting someone to come out and was told someone has to come out three times before they will semd a new one. Never purchase again!

I ordered this refrigerator a month ago. It arrived defective with a bad compressor. I did manage to get the problem identified. What I can't get done is actually getting the refrigerator fixed. Nobody will take responsibility for fixing it or providing me with a refrigerator, which I paid for, that actually works

It worked like a new one for 10 hours then stopped cooling. Home Depot, where I purchased online would not honor my replacement request since I did not call back within 48 hours. I think it was like 60 hour. Now Frigidaire thinks it is smart to spend $480 to fix a $698 fridge instead of replacing it. Now I get to wait another 2 weeks for the parts and next repair date. So hopefully I will have a working unit 30 days after delivery. Also the Frigidaire Customer Service consists of 2 very nice but useless Non-English speaking folks. First repair appointment never showed and it took 7 days to get the second repair appointment scheduled. When the 2nd Repair Appointment arrived the service request was not written correctly by the nice Non-English folks and my English to Indian translation ended up stating the unit was ™making noises™ not broken and not cooling so the repair technician was not prepared to service. A&E who is currently tapped to try to bring it back to life has determined it needs 3 new parts to ™try™ to get it to cool. A&E is what is left over from good old Sears and they are an excellent appliance repair company. Wish me Luck.

The fridge and freezer run very cold which is great. I've had to turn the temperature down 2x. I wish it had a storage drawer in the middle but we just use plastic bins instead. The space in the door shelves is great & fits soooo many condiments and sauces etc.. it'll fit gallon jugs too but we felt it was safer to put the jugs inside so as to not risk breaking the door shelves

I really like this refrigerator but I wish it would of had a storage container on one of the shelves but for being 18 cubic feet it holds a lot of food and I really like the the shelves on the door those really hold a lot

I was pleasantly surprised that this fridge seems to have twice the space that my old one but fits in the same space. Only complaint; two much tape to hold things in place for shipping. Hard to remove for old fingers.

This unit is a definite downgrade from our previous unit. The fridge is quite loud when its running. Other than the crispers there are no other storage bins. And the doors have to be closed with a degree of force in order to have them close properly. All in all, it does the job keeping food cold and frozen. Honestly I expected more from Frigidaire.

Great refrigerator, but if you plan to switch the doors to left side hinge I would strongly advise getting a square tip S2 driver. Trying to use philips head screwdriver on some of these tight screws makes things very difficult.

We bought this fridge two weeks ago and so far, it is doing what we need it to do. It replaced a 20+ year old Frigidaire that was finally having issues. Hoping this one lives that long also. It didn't take long to get up to temperature after installation and is staying very cold at the midway setting.Very happy so far and would have been 5 stars but it has been just 2 weeks.

This is a "no frills" unit. Works very well and seems to be well built and assembled. Recommend removing all the packaging tape before letting the inside cool down. The cold tape is very hard to remove. This will make a great "beer-gerator". Not keen on the top freezer as most of the access will be to the frig. Worth the money.
