This has only been installed a week so I cannot comment on longevity. Dishwasher looks OK, still have not managed to get all the blue plastic coating off the door as it is wedged tightly at the top and will probably have to get tweezers to pull tiny remain scraps out from the bottom of the control panel. Controls are simple. Dishwasher is very noisy. Cleaning is OK on most things, but glassware is not crystal clear, even with rinse aid. I will hand wash and try again. very small basic cutlery basket, no top/separator on the top. It was a cheap dishwasher, and you get what you pay for.

This dishwasher was a good deal and was all we needed for our remodel. It isn't fancy, just the basics, but gets the job done. It was $200 less than most others on the market, but it cleans the dishes just the same. It had dents on the front panel when it arrived, but Frigidaire stood behind it and sent us a new front panel at no charge. Customer Service was excellent.

Dishwasher was purchased by builder before we bought the house. It adequately washes the dishes but we™™re having issues with spots on silverware etc. so we™™re experimenting with products for washing. We turn it on before going to bed because it is noisy. If we were buying we would have chosen an upgraded model that is rated for quietness.

Wish I had know that you could not screw it in place from the side since I had to wait a couple more days to order the attachment pice to the top since I have a marble counter. Appliance is good though and there™™s an easy to follow installation video.

For the price point it works well. Unfortunately, in terms of design of the handle is not robust. The handle on my dishwasher broke off about 5 months after install. I'm currently working with the warranty department for replacement. However, they only replace the part. Thus, meaning I have to figure out how to install it. I would totally reccomend an extended warranty service on this specific model to the handle design flaw.

The dishwasher door spring tension was set way too tight and had to be adjusted, also the machine seems quite loud for todays standard. It was recieved with a dent in the front door from shipping and handling but thus doesn't effect the performance. It still does a decent job of cleaning the dishes while using very little detergent.

Overall the product works very well. The dishes are coming out very clean. However, the silverware basket is too small. It™™s half the size of my previous machine and also the door opens a little strange. You have to give it a pull rather than squeezing the handle, but basically the machine works very well.

We are enjoying using the dishwasher. We have a lot of big dishware and it fits perfectly. We can also get a lot of dishes in at a time we are not running the dishwasher constantly, maybe once a day or every other day. We had a tiny dishwasher in our previous place we lived at. And we were running it constantly, maybe 2 to 3 times daily.
